Job description

A hospital in Montrose is seeking Registered Nurses to join a variety of inpatient units across the facility. These opportunities are available to experienced nurses looking to bring their clinical expertise to a collaborative healthcare environment while providing exceptional patient care.
Position Overview
Registered Nurses in these roles will deliver direct patient care within assigned inpatient units, supporting patients through assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing care management. Unit placement will be determined based on clinical experience, qualifications, and current staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients in assigned units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes through adherence to established standards of care.
Qualifications
• Canadian and Mexican Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply.
• NCLEX passage required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in the applicable nursing specialty.
• Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility for Colorado licensure.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
