Job Title: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 24 Months
Interview Process: Face-to-face required

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator to join our Corporate Cyber Security Division within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Run Team. The role involves managing OIM administration activities, supporting production operations, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer OIM for application onboarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, deployments, and provisioning.
  • Manage entitlement setup and resolve user/system access issues.
  • Handle tickets in ServiceNow and complete user stories in Rally.
  • Monitor jobs, resolve exceptions, and support production incidents within SLA.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and scheduled release activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in OIM administration or related IAM roles.
  • Strong knowledge of access management, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Rally, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
