Job description

Janine Butterfield - State Farm Agency, located in Bethel Park, PA, is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team.
We are an award-winning State Farm agency focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating opportunities for our team to grow and succeed.
Compensation:
  • $45000 - 75000 base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities
  • Successful team members have strong earning potential with total compensation ranging from approximately $45,000 - $70,000+ annually.
This is an in-office position located in Bethel Park, PA.
Responsibilities:
• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims, and coverage reviews
• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
