  • The Marketing and Communications department shapes and promotes DTCC's brand, messaging and public image across all channels.
  • This team develops and executes results driven strategic marketing campaigns, manages internal and external communications, oversees media relations, and creates content that engages target audiences to deliver impact.
  • Through digital marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, email, thought leadership and events, the department works to drive awareness, attract and retain customers or stakeholders, and drive business growth.

  • The Creative Director will be a visionary, hands-on leader empowered to elevate our in-house creative team, bringing our brand to life through high-impact, visually compelling design and storytelling.
  • As the innovative engine behind our brand expression, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers, motion graphic artists and animators, guiding them to produce high-impact, visually compelling work that brings our brand to life at every touchpoint.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process across digital, social, video, web, experiential, and print to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand expression that elevates our presence in the market.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team of brand designers, motion graphic artists, and animators. Empower them to deliver exceptional work that pushes creative boundaries while staying true to brand strategy.
  • Bring our brand pillars and strategic positioning to life through original, resonant creative concepts that differentiate the brand and drive emotional engagement.
  • Define and uphold creative standards, workflows, and review processes that ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely creative execution across all deliverables.
  • Partner with brand strategy, marketing management, digital, social, video, PR, internal communications and more to ensure creative output supports strategic goals and aligns with messaging frameworks and business priorities.
  • Balance creative vision with operational efficiency—prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met across a fast-paced creative pipeline.
  • Stay at the forefront of design, technology, and media trends. Introduce new tools, formats, and ideas—such as 3D design, motion graphics, and interactive storytelling—that keep the brand modern and engaging.
