Job description

Tudor Oaks Home Care is hiring a Lead Caregiver (Home Health Aide background welcome) to provide high-quality in-home support while also helping lead caregiver training, scheduling, and client service coordination. This role is ideal for a dependable, compassionate caregiver ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to make a direct impact in clients' daily lives.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personal care and in-home support to clients
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
  • Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including new staff onboarding and ongoing training
  • Coordinate and assist with caregiver scheduling alongside the office team
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
  • Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
  • Travel to serve clients within Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, including Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas

What You'll Need
Required:
  • At least 2 years of experience working with seniors
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Available for a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:
  • Leadership, mentoring, or training experience
