Our Silverdale branch is looking for caregivers who live and are willing to work in Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo and other nearby locations! We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work! Don't have your HCA or CNA? We offer paid HCA Training, apply now to learn more.

Pay range: $22-$23/hr

Current schedule needs:

  • Client 1: Kingston Open availability needed from 8:00am4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learn
  • Client 2: Poulsbo Open availability needed from 8:00am4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learn
  • Clients 3: Bainbridge Open availability needed from 8:00am4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learn
  • ADLs experience / Children experience
  • All Locations: Mix of clients covering light, moderate, or higher-level care needs
  • Required for all locations: CNA/HCA experience 1 years +, comfortable with on call / fill in schedule


Plus

  • Comfortable working with DD children and younger clients
  • Hoyer experience preferred or willing to learn
  • Caregiver experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to adapt to flexible schedules
  • Caregivers with experience working with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Behavioral Health is a PLUS!
  • Drivers preferred

Requirements

  • 18 years+
  • Ability to pass a state and national background check
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

  • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we reimburse mileage!)
  • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
  • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
  • Cooking and/or serving meals
  • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
  • Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

  • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
  • Washington only If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
