Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee full-cycle accounting and finance activities across our international operations in Germany, Ireland, and Malaysia. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting international accounting operations, and managing consolidations across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent systems skills, and experience working with international entities or clients. Experience with Epicor P21 is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle accounting and finance functions for the Germany, Ireland, and Malaysia offices.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and manage international consolidations across multiple legal entities and currencies.
  • Ensure financial statements and accounting activities comply with U.S. GAAP and applicable local accounting requirements.
  • Coordinate accounting processes across international offices and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
  • Support intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations.
  • Analyze financial results and investigate variances, discrepancies, and unusual transactions.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams and international office personnel to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, controls, reporting, and systems.
  • Support audits and provide schedules and documentation as needed.
  • Utilize accounting systems and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and data integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with full-cycle accounting and finance.
  • Experience with international accounting, preferably supporting entities or clients in multiple countries.
  • Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience in an industry accounting environment or public accounting with international clients.
  • Strong accounting systems and technology skills.
  • Experience with Epicor P21 is strongly preferred, but strong ERP experience is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across international operations.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
