Description:
This contractor will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving invoicing issues, approving access requests to the Procure to Pay system, assisting users with purchase requests and purchase orders, and managing a ticketing system to ensure all operations work is completed within established SLAs. The role performs a variety of administrative and operational functions, including composing memos, transcribing notes, researching and creating presentations, generating reports, handling multiple projects, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports. The contractor may assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. This position requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable, or a related field. The ideal candidate is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Procure to Pay operations, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role works under general supervision, requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude, and reports to a supervisor or manager.

Daily schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (40hrs/week)

Managing 100% Coupa for one-medical
Tickets and subsidiaries coming in will be managed by this candidate
Moving subsidiaries to client realm
This person will work on Stakeholder and company people to close the gap
Transition from Coupa to Financial systems
Must be trained with Client system on Tickets then translate the tickets
