Job Summary:
Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to protect the organization's computer networks and systems from unauthorized access, attacks, and breaches. The role involves working closely with the IT team to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity
• Respond to security incidents and breaches
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Provide training and education to employees on security best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
