Job Summary:
Louisiana State University is seeking a Sr Salesforce Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile delivery processes and supporting Salesforce and enterprise technology initiatives. This role serves as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum best practices are followed while helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team execution and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities, clarify requirements, and support successful delivery of business solutions.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and proactively address issues impacting team productivity, sprint commitments, or project delivery.
• Administer and maintain Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and Agile project configurations to support transparency and operational efficiency.
• Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, accountability, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience
