Schedule
  • Location: Wichita, KS
  • Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00pm-6:00pm
  • Schedule: Full-Time Days
  • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Fingerprinting, state/federal background check, drug screen, and physical required.
The Position
Provide Direct ABA Therapy
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Support Skill Development
Teach communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, daily living, play, and adaptive skills while helping children achieve meaningful developmental milestones.
Collect Behavioral Data
Accurately record client progress, behavior data, and treatment information to support ongoing assessment and individualized programming.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
Use evidence-based behavior reduction and positive reinforcement strategies to decrease challenging behaviors while increasing independence and functional skills.
Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team
Work closely with BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families to provide coordinated, child-centered care.
Build Positive Relationships
Create trusting, supportive relationships with children and families while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service.
Maintain a Safe Therapeutic Environment
Ensure a structured, engaging, and safe clinic environment while following safety procedures and supporting each child's emotional and physical well-being.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, Child Development, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children, autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or direct support is preferred
  • Experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral intervention is a plus but not required
Pre-Employment Requirements
To ensure the safety of the children and families we serve, all candidates must successfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening process, including fingerprinting, state and federal background checks, a drug screen, physical examination, and reference verification before beginning employment.
Certification Requirements
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred
  • Candidates interested in obtaining RBT certification are encouraged to apply
  • CPR certification required (or ability to obtain)
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required (or ability to obtain)
