Registered Behavior Technician (BCBA track)

$26$28/hour Part-time In-home

Join a growing ABA practice as an early team member, with a real voice in shaping how we care for children and families and the culture we build together.

You'll work closely with experienced BCBAs and clinical advisors who provide genuine mentorship, regular feedback, and hands-on support. You'll have room to grow, but you won't be left to figure things out alone.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes according to individualized treatment plans
  • Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities
  • Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision
  • Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA
  • Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families
