Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - North Bergen

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mastermind Behavior Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in North Bergen, New Jersey. Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour
Part-Time shifts available
Location: North Bergen

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. Additionally, you will collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
