Job description

Hours: 9:30 pm - 6:00 am Sunday- Thursday

Wage: $20.00 -$24.00

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently live the LINDAR core values of Integrity, Initiative, Relationships and Teamwork
  • Removes finished product from in-line thermoforming machine as it is being produced.
  • Reviews each part for quality issues such as plastic thickness, uneven trim, holes, color variation, etc.
  • Packs finished parts into boxes according to customer specifications, taping and labeling each one and placing on pallets as completed.
  • Ensures proper quantity after boxing and maintains required paperwork.
  • Communicates problems with bad parts, label-aire malfunctions, or machinery to the Operators in a timely manner.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to:

  • Work in a manufacturing environment 100% of the day, temperature extremes common
  • Wear required PPE- Safety glasses, ear protection, safety toed footwear
  • Complete required job documentation
  • Read and understand job instructions
  • Forklift Certifiable
  • Bend ,twist, squat, stairs, 75% of each day / 6-7 hours per day
  • Stand 75% of each day / 6-7 hours per day
  • Walking 25% of each day / 1-2 hours per day
  • Reaching 30-40 times per minute

Lift box weight 10-40 pounds 20 times per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
