Palliative Care opening – Dyer, IN - 32 miles from ChicagoPosition Details

  • Full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care (Internal or Family Medicine) Physician
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and providing compassionate patient care.
  • Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with colleagues.
  • Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
  • Full-time schedule; average of 2 clinic days per week depending on volume
  • Rotating weeknights and weekend call for inpatient only: 1:4
  • Average outpatient volume: 5 - 6 patients per week
  • Average inpatient volume: 6 patients per day
  • National Catholic Bioethics certification provided
