Inventory Associate
Location: Albuquerque, NM (87101, 87125)
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off (Occasional Saturdays depending on division workload)
Travel Details: Daily local travel on a regional route within a 2-3 hour radius of the division’s central zip code (Paid travel time included)

What You’ll Do
  • Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
  • Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
  • Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
  • Travel and carpool daily with your regional team to client store locations.
Schedule & Hours
  • Morning Start & Departure Times: Daily store audits typically kick off on-site between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. Departure times depend on travel distance to the first store (drive times can range from 30 minutes up to 2–3 hours on longer regional routes, requiring departures as early as 3:30 AM – 4:30 AM).
  • Shift End Times: End times vary daily based on store workload and drive distance (typically concluding between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM upon audit completion).
  • Weekly Hours: Scheduled work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week (weekly hours can vary by region, with overtime opportunities available during peak auditing periods).
  • Local Travel: Daily travel to scheduled store locations within the regional division area (paid travel time included).
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle ownership suitable for daily team travel and carpooling rotations (rideshare services like Uber or Lyft cannot be used to meet job requirements).
