Manager, Game Presentation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Position Summary: The Game Presentation Manager is responsible for planning and executing all in-arena entertainment and fan engagement elements during Minnesota Wild home games. This role leads the coordination of game-day ceremonies and activations, while serving as stage manager to ensure smooth execution of theme nights, sponsorship deliverables, and fan-focused features. It plays a vital role in enhancing the overall game experience, strengthening brand loyalty, and creating memorable moments that connect fans to the team.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Lead and execute the Minnesota Wild's game presentation and gameday experience.
    • Lead end-to-end game execution and stage management for Wild home games, ensuring every in-game element is delivered seamlessly while meeting organizational and league standards.
    • Coordinate and execute gameday entertainment experiences, including National Anthems, "Let's Play Hockey," intermission performances, in-game promotions, on-ice presentations, color guards, and other Game Presentation elements.
    • Serve as the secondary show caller for Wild home games.
    • Help coordinate event talent, including PA announcers, hosts, anthem singers, and DJs.
    • Assist with all gameday logistics for special guests, including parking, credentials, and payment.
    • Assist in the execution of the season-long promotional schedule, including theme nights, giveaways, and special events.
    • Manage ordering and inventory for all Game Presentation prizes, props, and giveaways.
    • Maintain and update Game Presentation documents to ensure activations and event elements are scheduled and executed to support cross-departmental needs.
    • Consistently monitor industry trends and develop new fan engagement elements and features.
  • Perform cross-departmental collaboration, coordination, and team leadership throughout the season.
    • Schedule, manage, track, and help execute all gameday elements from other departments, including Marketing, Community, and Ticket Sales, throughout the season.
    • Oversee the Wild Promo Crew, including hiring, scheduling, delegation of duties, and overall leadership.
    • Develop effective and constructive relationships with other departments throughout the organization to increase collaboration and enhance the fan experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • At least three to five years of experience in event production.
  • At least two years of experience leading an event staff.
  • Experience working in a hockey environment a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Shoflo Scripting Software.
  • Working knowledge of audio/video equipment/gear operation as it relates to in-arena game presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative and impactful customer communications.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Office.
