About Johnnie-O:Johnnie-O is a fast-growing multi-channel apparel company blending a Southern California lifestyle with East Coast tradition. We provide classic, casual pieces for men and boys, filling a distinct niche between traditional preppy and surf brands.


The Role:We are seeking an entry-level Product Developer to support the design, development, and execution of seasonal product lines from concept through production readiness. This role primarily focuses on creating product CADs, building accurate tech packs, and managing product details.



Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain high-quality Tech Packs using Adobe Illustrator. Communicate with factories regarding updates, development changes, sample comments, and timelines. Own the creation, management, and execution of physical and digital seasonal line books and sales materials. Organize swatches, samples, and product materials for sales presentations and rep support. * Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, production, and leadership teams.



Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in apparel product development, technical design, or a related field preferred. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong organization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Excellent communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
