    QUIENES SOMOS

    Mate, LLC es una empresa de Producción de Exhibidores, Eventos e Impresión digital a nivel corporativo, establecida en febrero de 2019. Diseñamos y construimos Booth Corporativos. Nos dedicamos a la producción de Eventos, desde su creación hasta su implementación. Trabajamos con material promocional, propio y/o de terceros.

    RESPONSABILIDADES

    Coordina las actividades de transporte, almacenamiento y distribución de acuerdo con las políticas de la organización y las leyes o regulaciones aplicables. Además, ofrece apoyo a los técnicos de montajes y al área de imprenta cuando sea requerido.

    FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

    • Recibe, examina el contenido del envío y compara con registros, como manifiestos, facturas o pedidos, para verificar la precisión.
    • Documenta y mantiene registros precisos de las actividades del almacén.
    • Realiza conteo de inventario o mercancía.
    • Garantiza la organización del almacén por artículo.
    • Se comunica, coordina o monitorea las entregas.
    • Inspecciona los materiales utilizados para el montaje de un evento y se asegura que regresaron sin daños o desperfectos. Documenta si sufrieron daños y canaliza con el Presidente.
    • Prepara informes de entrega y recibo.
    • Planifica, desarrolla e implementa programas y actividades de seguridad y protección del almacén.
    • Colabora con otros departamentos para integrar la logística con los sistemas o procesos como ventas de clientes, gestión de pedidos, contabilidad o envíos.
    • Resuelve problemas relacionados con el transporte, logística o situaciones con clientes.
    • Colabora con el área de producción y montaje y con la imprenta cuando sea requerido.

    REQUISITOS

    • Cuarto de año de escuela de superior o equivalente en educación y experiencia.
    • Un (1) año de experiencia en puesto similar.
    • Viaje dentro de la isla requerido en ocasiones.
    • Levantar hasta 40 libras de peso.
    • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y la capacidad de mantener un tono amable y servicial en todo tipo de comunicación.
    • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y resolución de problemas.
    • Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
    • Mentalidad de start up
    • Disponibilidad a Tiempo Completo y turnos rotativos en los siguientes días y horarios:
      • lunes a viernes;
      • Puede requerir sábados, domingos y/o algunos días festivos
      • Horario regular de 8:00am a 5:00pm
      • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos variados diurnos o nocturnos dependiendo de la necesidad operacional.
