About the Role
As an Ocean Import Agent, you’ll be part of a global freight-forwarding leader known for delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and innovative logistics solutions. Reporting to the Branch and Operations Manager, you’ll oversee international cargo from departure to final delivery—ensuring every milestone is met and every customer receives outstanding support.
This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, urgency, and pride to their work. You’ll interact daily with carriers, service providers, and internal teams, coordinating shipments, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and excited by the fast pace of global logistics, this is your next step.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cargo monitoring — track international shipments from origin to final destination
  • Vendor coordination — communicate with carriers, service providers, and internal teams
