What You’ll Do

  • Lead logistics strategy for inbound, outbound, domestic, and international freight
  • Oversee import/export compliance, customs processes, and shipping documentation
  • Manage carrier, broker, and third-party logistics relationships
  • Develop and manage budgets, freight spend, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, transit times, claims, and service levels
  • Resolve escalations such as shipment delays, customs holds, disruptions, and urgent customer needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Control, and Customer Service
  • Drive process improvements, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop logistics team members for high performance


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive logistics experience in leadership roles
  • Strong background in import/export operations and trade compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems, Excel, TMS, WMS, and related tools
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
