•
Supports shipping operations through the execution of the following administrative tasks:
  • Import/Export Administration
  • May create loading documents including placards, stencils and packaging documentation
  • Perform data entry regarding:
    • Shipment details and information
    • Railroad activity including logging bills of laden (BOL’s), recording railcar weights, and authorize railcars entrance and exit from the plant utilizing site specific software (i.e. Rail Connect, Railmate, etc.)
    • Laboratory quality assurance approvals
  • Scanning and filing of a variety of shipping department reports
