Location: Eagan, MN - Onsite for training first week and then work-from-home
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Compensation: $25-31 per hour (W2)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Import/Trade Compliance Coordinator to support a global healthcare and medical technology organization undergoing continued growth and transformation. This role sits within the trade compliance function and focuses on import-related financial and regulatory activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining compliance with global trade regulations while partnering cross-functionally to ensure efficient import processes and accurate financial tracking.
Job Description
This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of import-related financial activities within a highly regulated global environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and maintain adherence to international trade regulations while contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Support the import protest process, including documentation, tracking, and reconciliation of financial impacts
  • Maintain and analyze import transactional records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with trade compliance, transportation, and other import-related stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on import-related matters tied to global trade regulations and financial implications
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and other trade compliance initiatives as needed
  • Perform additional trade compliance and financial analysis duties as assigned
