Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, issue, and manage the RFP process from start to finish
  • Ensure timely communication with vendors and manage submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in the RFP Process and perform the evaluation of the solution
  • Review and analyze vendor proposals against defined business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate scoring sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Document findings and provide clear recommendations on the most suitable solution.
  • Conduct workshops and walkthroughs to align expectations and gather feedback.
  • Initiate the project plan once the solution is selected.
  • Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for project execution.
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

Skills or Qualification

  • Strong project management skills with expertise in planning and execution.
  • Experience in implementation of projects ( SAP or Non-SAP) across MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Proven experience in managing RFP processes and vendor evaluations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
