In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the engagement, coordinating internal resources, managing risks, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. This is a billable, customer-facing role that requires strong project management fundamentals and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.

  • Define success criteria and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Secure and allocate resources; build and maintain detailed project plans.

  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Enterprise software delivery experience, including familiarity deploying enterprise software in both SaaS and on-premises environments, including hybrid architectures where cloud-hosted product components integrate with customer-managed infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of common implementation dependencies: databases, application gateways, site-to-site VPN tunnels, SSO/identity providers, and secrets management.
  • Able to hold credible conversations with customer infrastructure, security, and network teams to ensure project success.

  • Builds trusted relationships with enterprise clients that support retention and expansion.
