Job Title - Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

Duration - Long Term

Hybrid - Boston , MA

Remote + Expense based Travel 

Job Summary
We are seeking a strong Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects for US public-sector clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM implementations, working with government agencies, K-12, higher education, or other public-sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects from initiation and planning through go-live and stabilization.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Oracle functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, business SMEs, and client stakeholders.
  • Drive project governance, PMO activities, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
  • Coordinate design workshops, requirements, fit-gap/CRP activities, testing, training, cutover, and deployment.
  • Track project financials, resource utilization, forecasts, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the implementation partner and client leadership.
  • Ensure Oracle Cloud implementation follows appropriate delivery methodologies and Oracle best practices.
  • Manage vendors, third-party partners, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of IT/ERP Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically with Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations.
  • Proven experience managing 2–3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge across ERP, HCM, SCM and/or EPM.
  • Experience working with Oracle consulting/SI organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle AIM/OUM or similar implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of project planning, RAID management, change control, resource management, and financial management.
  • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • PMP certification 
Highly Preferred – Public Sector
  • Prior US Public Sector / Government implementation experience
