Job Description

The Project Manager leads end-to-end project implementations for clients, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and timelines. Serves as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, driving clear communication, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provides subject matter expertise, mentors team members, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, outcomes, and overall client satisfaction. Manages implementation activities for medium to largescale projects, serving as a subject matter expert for standard implementations and providing mentorship and guidance to Implementation Project Coordinators.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Advanced knowledge of project management

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location - Jacksonville, FL

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
