About the Role

We're hiring an AI-forward early-career professional to help lead AI adoption across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who's already comfortable working with tools like Claude and ChatGPT and wants to turn that into a full-time career applying AI to real business problems.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and manage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) across various workflows

  • Design and refine prompts and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • Train team members on effective AI usage

  • Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption where useful

  • Document processes and track the impact of AI implementation

What We're Looking For
