About the Role:

Edgerton Veterinary Clinic and Lakeland Veterinary Care is looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Edgerton, and/or Stoughton Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to escape the pressures and restrictions of corporate medicine and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of animals and the families who love them. Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and wellness visits for small animal patients

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical, surgical, and emergency conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care

Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures

Interpret diagnostic imaging, laboratory results, and other diagnostic tools

Educate and communicate with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care

Collaborate with veterinary technicians, support staff, and colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution

Active or ability to obtain Wisconsin veterinary license

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a variety of species and conditions

Experience in general practice, surgery, and emergency medicine preferred

Excellent communication and client relations skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of care

DEA license or ability to obtain one
