Job description

Position Summary

This position coordinates dental implant cases across one or more OKC-OMS providers and locations, supporting patients and referral relationships throughout the implant process. The role assists with implant case preparation, consultation, communication, surgery, and follow-up while also supporting practice growth through referral outreach, education, and community engagement. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Dental Industry as a Dental or Surgical Assistant

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, College degree in Business or Marketing strongly preferred

• Ability to organize, document, and follow through on implant related activity, outreach, and case      coordination

• Ability to travel between OKC-OMS offices and referring doctor practices as assigned

• Strong communication and relationship building skills with patients, providers, staff, and referral sources
