**IMP/ACM Estimator - Charleston, SC**

Are you ready to join a forward-thinking specialty contractor in beautiful Charleston? We're seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) and Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) to join our growing team.
 
Position Overview:
Lead estimation efforts for commercial projects focusing on IMP and ACM systems, with opportunities to expand into drywall estimation. Join a company that values precision, innovation, and growth.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed material and labor estimates for IMP/ACM projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Collaborate with project management teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Participate in project handoff meetings
• Master On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software for accurate estimations
• Support value engineering initiatives
 
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience estimating IMP and ACM projects
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Must be currently domiciled in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with drywall estimation
• Background in commercial construction
• Additional construction management software knowledge
• Experience with design-build projects
