Raytheon Land Based Sensors, a sub strategic business unit within Land and Air Defense Systems, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Strategic Integration Program Manager within the Growth & Strategy portfolio. This role calls for a dynamic leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving, and strategic portfolio interfacing with the U.S. Army, International Partners and other key internal and external stakeholders.
This portfolio spans development, production, and sustainment programs with various contract types, technical complexity, and direct interfaces with U.S. Government agencies. The successful candidate will lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development to identify, track and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the goals of the portfolio. A demonstrated ability to think broadly, operate independently and gain consensus for large scale initiatives is essential in this role.
What You Will Do
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders/resources to analyze, implement and track strategic initiatives
  • Execute workforce talent, seating and infrastructure planning to support portfolio growth
  • Implement and maintain RLPM discipline in our program and product lifecycles
  • Collaborate on growth opportunities and strategy with Program Office and functional partners
  • Lead and coordinate internal and customer site tours and visits
  • Partner with stakeholders on Morale and Team events
  • Identify and evaluate internal and external portfolio trends, risks & opportunities and associated mitigation and capture plans
  • Drive change management, proposing and executing constructive changes
  • Expected to support domestic travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Prior experience in Program Management or similar discipline
  • Capture, proposal, and customer engagement experience
  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management and Earned Value Management (EVMS)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, and/or administrative functions

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Program Management Certification, or equivalent
  • Execution experience leading a team of Program or Project Managers
  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
