Job description

Social Media Manager

Join the team defining the future of spatial computing. Enklu is the world's largest platform for location-based augmented reality, powering world-class entertainment that blends digital storytelling with real-world interaction. Here, you'll own outcomes, push boundaries, and grow faster than you thought possible. If you thrive in high-performance environments and want to help shape the future of 3D storytelling, Enklu is where you'll do the best work of your career.

You're the kind of person who lives for the energy of social. Crafting posts isn't just your job it's your arena. You know how to translate a brand into a personality that connects with audiences, whether that's a 13-year-old excited to try Verse for the first time, or a Fortune 500 exec curious about bringing Enklu into their venues. You thrive on making noise that turns heads, sparks conversation, and builds loyalty.

You're equal parts creator and strategist. You get a rush from testing content formats, watching metrics in real time, and knowing exactly when to double down on what's working. You love spotting trends early, jumping on cultural moments, and playing with emerging tools to push the brand into new territory. The details matter to you: every caption, every hashtag, every reply to a comment.

You move fast, embrace experimentation, and aren't afraid to take bold stances. When things don't land, you pivot quickly and keep swinging. You sweat consistency, because you know social presence is earned one post at a time. Above all, you bring a voice that is authentic, sharp, and magnetic one that makes Enklu stand out in a crowded feed.

Storyteller with a performance mindset. Authentic communicator and community-builder. Trend-spotter who thrives on experimenting with new formats. Detail-oriented and quality-driven. High-ownership mindset. Creative collaborator with design and performance marketing teammates. Resilient under pressure, thrives on deadlines. Obsessed with testing, learning, and optimizing content. Hungry to grow both brand presence and personal craft.

Increase organic reach and engagement across key social platforms. Grow Enklu/Verse's follower base with highly engaged audiences (both B2C players and B2B industry decision-makers). Drive traffic to ticketing and licensing funnels from social channels. Build a consistent brand voice that reinforces Enklu's leadership in AR/immersive tech.

Own the day-to-day management of all Enklu/Verse social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms). Develop and execute the content calendar aligned with campaign goals (B2C ticketing, B2B licensing, and brand awareness). Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce compelling social-first creative assets (short-form video, reels, carousels, stories, etc.). Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to amplify high-performing paid creative and apply learnings to organic content. Source and engage with influencers across strategic Verse Immersive markets to amplify reach, drive ticket sales, and build local brand credibility. Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy to maximize growth, CTR, and conversion from social touchpoints. Manage community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions), turning engagement into conversations and loyalty. Spot and activate opportunities around cultural moments, holidays, and industry trends to keep Enklu's presence fresh. Support event coverage (launches, trade shows, activations) with real-time social storytelling. Contribute to building Enklu's employer brand and talent pipeline via social platforms. Report weekly on channel performance and growth insights.

Proven track record managing and growing brand social media accounts (organic focus, ideally B2C and B2B). Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Ability to create social-first content that drives measurable engagement. Experience running social calendars, reporting on performance, and refining strategy based on analytics. Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt voice for different audiences. Comfort in front of and behind the camera for fast content creation.

Experience in entertainment, AR/VR, or location-based experiences. Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC activation strategies. Video editing skills for short-form, fast-turnaround content. Familiarity with social listening and community management tools. Experience supporting live events through social coverage.

Enklu was founded by games industry veteran Ray Kallmeyer to redefine the interface between tech and human experience. Excited by emerging tech trends in art and entertainment? Ready for a high-growth startup environment? Enklu, a venture-backed company in partnership with industry giants, is your next step.
