  • Location: Onsite – Idaho & Wyoming Region.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the principal consultant and brand ambassador, delivering high-performing exterior solutions to homeowners across the Intermountain West. This position gives you the professional autonomy to manage a robust territory while leveraging a highly respected 42-year corporate brand legacy. You will directly drive revenue growth and impact local property protection by presenting our exclusive, climate-resilient product portfolios.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Achieve an individual annual sales volume milestone of $1.25M while maintaining an elite conversion ratio.
  • Conduct multiple targeted residential property consultations weekly to secure immediate, high-value contract commitments.
  • Cultivate a lucrative, self-sustaining consumer sales pipeline to supplement company-provided qualified field leads.
  • Perform detailed physical site inspections to diagnose exterior vulnerabilities, wind stress, and storm damage.
  • Author comprehensive project scopes of work to guarantee seamless transitions over to the production crews.
  • Log precise property metrics, client communications, and real-time pipeline status within the corporate CRM.
  • Engage actively in continuous advanced technical training modules, corporate sales seminars, and regional contests.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma, General Education Development (GED) equivalent, or higher level of academic achievement.
  • Active and valid driver's license necessary to navigate extensive regional territory travel independently.
  • Proven flexibility to manage evening client consultations and adjust to residential homeowner availability.
  • Advanced personal communication, structural follow-up capabilities, and a metrics-driven consultative approach.
