Position Overview:
As a GEOINT Analyst / Programs Support Specialist, you will leverage IMINT and GEOINT methodologies to deliver deep analytical insights. Working in a collaborative, mission-focused environment, you will utilize ArcGIS and multimodal imagery to perform critical intelligence analysis and support geospatial product development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of multimodal imagery to support specialized program requirements.
  • Utilize ArcGIS and other geospatial tools to analyze data and create actionable intelligence products.
  • Apply critical thinking skills and deep analysis to solve complex intelligence problems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications (Must Have):
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility.
  • Polygraph: Must have a current, adjudicated Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph (and be willing/able to upgrade to an additional polygraph if required).
  • Education & Training: Must have attended a certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program).

Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years of IMINT and/or GEOINT experience (relevant degrees may supplement this experience in compliance with J-02 experience points calculation).
  • At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) IMINT/GEOINT operational experience.
  • Technical Skills: Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar geospatial software, and experience working with multimodal imagery.
  • Core Competencies: Must be a proactive self-starter, demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, perform deep analytical dives, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Currently supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) with an active contractor IC badge and CAC.
  • More than 3 years of intelligence analysis experience supporting imagery/geospatial product development.
  • Geospatial Professional Certification (GPC).
  • Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management (SOM) tools.
The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD).
