Urogynecology (FPMRS) Opportunity Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona Phoenix, AZ

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) is a leading multispecialty urology/urogynecology practice in Phoenix, seeking a full-time Urogynecologist (FPMRS) to join our growing, collaborative team. As part of a highly regarded regional group, you will focus on advanced evaluation and management of female pelvic floor disorders with access to state-of-the-art technology and strong collegial support.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery)

  • Mix of outpatient clinic, procedures, and OR time

  • Practice across one or more of 13 clinic locations throughout the Phoenix Valley

  • Perform surgeries at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers

  • Shared, rotating call schedule among Urogynecology providers

  • Collaborative environment with Urology, Urogynecology, and Advanced Practice Providers

  • Partnership or associate track available, based on experience and career goals

Practice & Clinical Scope

AUUAs Urogynecology division specializes in:

  • Female pelvic organ prolapse

  • Robotic and minimally invasive pelvic reconstructive surgery

  • Urinary incontinence (stress and urge) and overactive bladder (OAB)

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction and vaginal reconstructive surgery

  • Pessary management and office-based procedures

  • Urodynamics and neuromodulation

  • Comprehensive office-based and surgical therapies for pelvic floor disorders

You will join a respected team of Urology and Urogynecology physicians supported by a tenured group of Advanced Practice Providers.

 Candidate Profile
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)

  • MD or DO; AMG and IMG candidates welcomed

  • Strong background in urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders

  • New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply

Preferred:

  • Experience with robotic or minimally invasive pelvic surgery

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team environment
