Iron Mountain is seeking anefficient, detail-orientedDocument Scanning Specialist to join ourOperationsteam.

In this role, you will be responsible forperforming high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Main Responsibility:Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images.

  • Collaboration:Adhere to Imaging Center procedures, follow production procedures, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management.

  • Compliance:Maintain record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience & Knowledge:Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy.

  • Core Competencies:Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Work Style:A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work, and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.

  • Education/Certification:Minimum business expertise is required.
