About the Position
Inteligent Image Management, Inc. (IIMI) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Document Imaging Operations Supervisor to oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality-assurance operations. This position will supervise a team of approximately 10–20 employees, maintain productivity and quality standards, support hiring and training, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality-assurance operations.
- Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support a team of approximately 10–20 employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
- Assign daily work and ensure production goals and project deadlines are met.
- Conduct quality-control audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee documentation, and general office administration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Prepare production reports and communicate project status, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management.
- Ensure confidential records are handled securely and appropriately.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience in production, operations, document imaging, document management, print services, or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, train, and manage a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or reposition document boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Experience with FedEx Office, The UPS Store, Staples Print & Marketing Services, commercial print shops, copy centers, or similar document-production environments is highly desirable.
- Experience as an archivist or librarian is a plus.
