Position Overview:

Digital Pathology is one of Epredia's most strategic platforms. As a Global Product Manager, this role is key in driving the growth of Digital Pathology by leading the strategy and global expansion of our Image Management Software and AI portfolio. You'll accelerate the organization’s momentum by leading and supporting the product development cycle and expanding strategic AI partnerships. This transformative position will work collaboratively to craft global strategy and help Epredia enter its next phase of growth!

Location:

This is a global remote position, and can be located anywhere in the contiguous United States or in the UK, Germany, or Italy.

What you will be doing:
  • Represent and support the Epredia product portfolio globally.
  • Create an innovative marketing approach that delivers leads and accelerates the Digital Pathology pipeline.
  • Responsible for training, product launches, and trade shows for the global organization.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders; understand and support the needs of the countries to achieve growth and revenue plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing tactics and programs in line with the global marketing strategy.
  • Drive effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and technical service.
  • Participate in the regional level pipeline and business reviews.
  • Effectively lead, operate, and thrive in a global, matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
  • Identify new global market opportunities.
What you need for success:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration is required.
  • 10+ years of clinical software or product management experience.
  • Product management or product marketing for clinical software is required.
  • Experience at a global company is highly preferred.
  • Track record of leading marketing programs and aligning the organization behind them.
  • Sales experience in life science or clinical software industry is highly preferred.

The hiring range for this position is: $130,000 – 170,000 USD, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
