  • Create order from complex media workflows: Manage, organize, format, label, back up, and upload photo and video assets across multiple platforms and libraries.
  • Be a flexible production partner: Collaborate closely with Producers, Photographers, Videographers, and Editors while stepping in to support projects and smaller assignments where needed.
  • Grow technical and creative capabilities: Take advantage of hands-on opportunities to expand photography, videography, lighting, and post-production skills while making an immediate impact through strong retouching expertise.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Technical degree, an Associate's degree and 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience.
  • Work Experience: Relevant hands-on experience: 1-3 years of experience in photo retouching, photography, videography, or a related multimedia production environment.
  • Strong photo retouching and color skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with a strong eye for color, detail, consistency, and image quality.
  • Foundational production skills: Working knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, camera operation, and basic video editing, along with the ability to properly maintain and care for production equipment, including cleaning lenses, cameras, and other gear.
  • Asset and file management: Strong organizational skills and understanding of file formats, RAW workflows, file naming, backups, archiving, and asset management.
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset: Ability to work effectively with Producers, Photographers, Videographers, and Editors, with a willingness to take direction, ask questions, adapt, and continue developing technical and creative skills.
