Job Description
Jackson, TN manufacturer needs a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC programming.
  • You will ensure that production processes meet customer and company requirements.
  • Develop fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies
  • Drive quality and reliability improvements, while ensuring employee safety and lowering costs
  • Use Solid Cam and Mastercam software to develop CNC programs
  • Develop statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
  • Must have in-depth machine shop experience.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
