Job description

We're Hiring: Low Voltage Installation & Service Technician II

Hawesville, KY | Full-Time

Do you have hands-on experience with low voltage security systems and a passion for solving technical challenges? At IK Systems, we're seeking a Technician II to deliver best-in-class installation and service for critical security and life safety systems. Willingness to travel (< 100% nationally) until further notice.

What You'll Do
  • Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and structured cabling

  • Support integrated solutions such as life safety, audio-visual, building automation, and endpoint security

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems to meet customer needs

  • Represent IK Systems as a trusted partner on-site, building strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in low-voltage installation and service

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel (<100% nationally) until further notice
