Job description

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage incidents and service requests related to IDMC jobs, data pipelines
  • Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for failures or performance issues
  • Setup monitoring of IISC platform components and Secure Agents, conduct health checks
  • Performance tuning of ETL/ELT processes
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, mapping errors
  • Create DataQuality and other dashboards in IDMC
  • Build IICS CICD pipelines
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Secure Agent Administration, CDQ, CDGC
  • Competency with IDMC components like Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration
  • Ability to build and support CICD pipelines (prefer GitHub + Jenkins experience)
  • Exposure to AWS S3 related topics
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in any cloud platform
  • Basic scripting knowledge for automation of monitoring, log parsing
  • Informatica related certifications would be added value

Operational Expertise
  • Experience with Operational activities like Incident Management
  • Clear understanding of SLAs, operational metrics like MTTD

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 75,000 - $ 110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
