Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to help us provide exceptional restoration services to our clients. In this role, you will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform restoration services for water, fire, and storm damage, and mold remediation.
  • Be on-call for emergency services and assist clients in urgent situations.

  • Complete accurate restoration documentation, customer invoices, and work orders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure top-quality results.
  • Maintain tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
  • Continuously learn and master the newest technologies and equipment in the industry.

Technician Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of water, fire, or storm damage restoration or mold remediation experience.
  • Certifications: Highly preferred - IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass background check and drug test.
