Position Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and analyzing key reports.
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities:
The Analyst duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop and generate regular reports and analytics in excel, BI and other reporting platforms utilizing planning and clinical quality.
  • Supports with day-to-day insights (ad-hoc reporting)
  • Identifies new performance initiatives and drives these initiatives independently.
  • Provides analytical support to Operations departments when needed.
  • Builds relationships with key stakeholders, be an expert in multiple data sources, and creates/implements innovative and sustainable solutions for the measurement of operational performance.
  • Participates in, and analyses data for, Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Provides analytical support and identifies operational and clinical trends that require action.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by the Clinical Manager.
  • Assist in Clinical Services duties including certification tracking and licensure tracking, new hire academies, and other clinical services tasks as assigned by the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum two-to-three years of experience with data analytics, data modelling, and/or Quality Improvement.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving, analytical, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
  • Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while working in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel, Power Apps with emphasis in BI.
  • Strong initiative - establish goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines.
  • Experience with and IHI Quality Improvement certification preferred.
