• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, helping you to identify their goals and challenges.
• Craft individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ unique situations.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic practices aimed at promoting mental wellness.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary, while encouraging clients to actively participate in their recovery.
• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring that those with physical accessibility challenges or busy schedules still receive adequate support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with regulatory standards and to promote transparency within our clinical team.
• Engage in professional development to enhance your skills, staying updated on new research and best practices in mental health counseling.

As a counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our patients range from adolescents to adults in various life stages, all seeking guidance and support. Your role will enable you to create meaningful therapeutic relationships, allowing for collaborative treatment journeys that empower clients to overcome their challenges and thrive.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in understanding the experiences of clients.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills for maintaining an efficient caseload.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy services.
• Experience implementing evidence-based therapies across varying populations, including adults and children.
