Für einen unserer Klienten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Analyst (m/w/d) Accounting IFRS(m/w/d).
Aufgabenbereiche- Du analysierst, validierst und interpretierst IFRS‑17‑Ergebnisse sowie deren wesentliche Treiber für unterschiedliche Versicherungsportfolios
- Die Analyse und Lösung komplexer IFRS‑17‑Fragestellungen im Reporting‑Kontext erfolgt durch dich
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS mit
- Die Unterstützung bei der Verarbeitung von Forecast- und Planzahlen zählt zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Der regelmäßige Austausch mit Abschlussprüfern, Dienstleistern sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern stellt einen wichtigen Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit dar
- Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse ganzheitlich und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsbedarfe ab
- Die Identifikation, Koordination und Umsetzung fachlicher Vorgaben zur Prozessoptimierung gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du begleitest fachliche Weiterentwicklungen im Reporting- und Accounting‑Umfeld und bringst deine Expertise aktiv ein
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Ergänzt wird dies idealerweise durch deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Versicherungsumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in IFRS17 sowie ein fundiertes fachliches Verständnis im Finance- und Reporting-Kontext zeichnen dich aus
- Das sichere Anwenden analytischer Methoden und ein ganzheitliches Verständnis komplexer Geschäftsprozesse gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck, prägen deinen Arbeitsstil
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig sowie proaktiv und lösungsorientiert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
