IFM stands for Integrated Facility Management. IFM professionals are responsible for managing and coordinating all the services that support the core activities of an organization, such as building maintenance, cleaning, security, and space management. Their main goal is to ensure that the workplace is safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. They often use technology and best practices to streamline operations and improve cost-effectiveness. IFM professionals play a critical role in creating a comfortable and functional environment for employees and visitors.

What does an IFM do?

A typical day for an IFM professional involves coordinating maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facility services to ensure smooth building operations.
