IDNs, or Internationalized Domain Names, are web addresses that include characters from non-Latin scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, and others. They allow people around the world to use domain names in their native languages and scripts, making the internet more accessible and inclusive. IDNs work by converting non-ASCII characters into a format that can be understood by the Domain Name System (DNS) using a system called Punycode.
