Skills:
• Strong technical skills on CA IDM and SiteMinder (Optional)
• Minimum 8+ year experience on any IDM solution
• Experience on CA IDM migration and deployment on UNIX platform
• Design IDAM solution architecture for complex, large-scale enterprise, integrating new systems and applications
• Experience in administering and configuring IDAM on Windows/Unix platform and also relevant experience in IDM version migration.
• Experience on connectors development and application customizations Experience on preparing the product documentation, test cases, test plans and support process
• Experience with Policy Xpress Rules, Workflows, Bulk Load, Authentication and Authorization
• Knowledge of IDM API like BLTH, Event Listener
• Strong familiarity with UNIX

Responsibilities/Roles:
• Installation and deployment of CA IDM
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to understand scope and requirements.
• Involved in integrating LDAP based connector applications and developing the provisioning of the entitlements.
• Involved in POC in implementing IAM requirement.
• Involved in development or integration of new applications in IDAM
• Involved in Oracle Web logic configuration for IDAM
• Daily production support of IAM systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization and integration problems
• Responsible for Designing / engineering IAM solutions, working closely vendors and business managers to interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs to IAM solution development
• Design solutions to ensure that IAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements
• Work with application developers and IT operations to develop, test, roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solution and services
• Developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions
• Defining architecture and process standards for the identity management platform; contribute to ongoing evolution and development IAM strategies, roadmaps and plans
